About the Role:

As General Manager, you will provide strategic direction and operational oversight, ensuring that the organization achieves its business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies that align with the company’s vision and long-term goals.

Team Management: Lead, support, and collaborate with the management team to drive performance and accountability.

Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations by optimizing processes and systems.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives.

Organizational Development: Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development within the organization.

Global Perspective: Leverage your international experience to introduce best practices and enhance competitiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Leadership: At least 7-10 years of senior leadership experience, with a successful record of accomplishment in managing teams and achieving business objectives.

MUST/ Local Expertise: Experience leading management teams in Bulgaria, with a solid understanding of the local business environment.

MUST/ International Experience: Professional experience working abroad, preferably in Western Europe, with exposure to diverse business cultures and practices.

Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex situations, and deliver practical solutions.

Strong Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels.

Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results in competitive and dynamic environments.

Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
