Business Process Expert
If you have experience with Telco/ Finance processes and/or ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc. ) projects, especially in the field of Network rollout and Field Force, you want to be part of our team and participate in international projects, we are looking for you.
Your daily routine would include:
Leading and or participating in the creation or redesign of business processes
Organizing and leading design workshops, incl. documentation of workshop results
Aligning and verifying the feasibility of process change proposals with Business and SAP IT
Managing Project sub-teams for concept and implementation projects, incl. organizing project workshops, tracking project status, handling of escalations and conflicts
Active participation in SAP implementation, incl. implementation alignment with SAP IT / other vendors, tracking deliverables, SW testing, documenting implemented SAP Processes.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
Hands-on functional experience in a Telco Company or ERP processes (SAP, Oracle, etc. ), especially in any of the following areas:
SAP Projects/ processes
Network rollout
Field Force work would be an advantage
Upper intermediate or fluent level of English proficiency
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Experience working in a remote international set up and are self-organized;
Accounting, Controlling or Purchasing knowledge would be a strong advantage
Knowledge of German/ Croatian/ Serbian/ Macedonian/ Bulgarian language would be a plus.
