Junior Accountant - Real Estate

Prepare/review financial statements, management reports, budgets and cash flow projections
Analyse and prepare journal entries. Gain experience with several reporting systems
Assist with the administration of the structures we service
Review the work of other service providers (property, asset managers and valuers) and follow up with them
Coordinate and follow up client meetings and deliverables
Work with auditors to ensure smooth audit process
You are a fresh graduate or already have a first working experience, preferably in an accounting firm
You have good understanding of financial and management accounting
Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, knowledge of French or German will be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility, pro-activity with can do attitude
Strong motivation to work in a quickly growing, dynamic and challenging environment
Strong analytical mindset and logical thinking
