For one of our clients – global company focused on IT services and consulting, we are on a search for skilled and friendly people for the role of Trainer with English.
• Guide new agents through onboarding, ensuring mastery of client voice standards, products, tools, and processes;
• Develop and deliver advanced training programs tailored for experienced agents;
• Create and support individualized coaching plans in collaboration with quality managers and team leads;
• Partner with Client Learning Teams to refine, implement, and provide constructive feedback on training initiatives;
• Actively monitor and assess agent knowledge and sales skill gaps by engaging with and observing them on the production floor, using these insights to inform training strategies;
• Mentor teams to apply skills from sales training sessions, emphasizing sales proficiency and effectiveness;
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client voice, products, sales excellence standards, and individual sales programs through continuous learning and application;
• Foster strong collaboration with broader learning teams, aligning training materials with observable agent behaviors;
• Contribute to the Quality Assurance and Training (QAT) process, playing an integral role in its success.
• Fluent in French and good English skills;
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in training and development;
• At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in outbound sales, upselling, cross-selling, online sales, telemarketing, relationship sales, ad sales, or digital marketing;
• A demonstrated history of successfully delivering impactful training programs;
• Exceptional skills in presentation, communication, and building interpersonal connections;
• Strong knowledge of online advertising platforms and effective sales strategies;
• Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
