Ivan Iliev is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

Develop and implement comprehensive infrastructure monitoring strategies and processes 

Monitor the performance and availability of servers, networks, and databases using Automic tools Prepare and execute tasks related to billing/rating/batch processing;

Identify and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations 

Design and implement automation workflows using Automic

Handle incidents (analyze logs, errors handling, finding resolutions or workarounds within the specified SLAs/OLAs);

Work with ticketing system to resolve reported problems or submit such to responsible units in case of failures or tasks;

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports;

SOX controls execution;

Develop tools/scripts to automate routine operational tasks;

Maintain system documentation.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

Experience in design, install configure and maintain the Automic AUTOMIC(UC4) environment and components automation Engine, AWI, AE Database and agents.  

Unix/Linux experience is a must;

University degree in the field of IT/Telecommunication or any other relevant;

Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Fluency in English – written and spoken.

Nice to have:

Advanced Scripting Knowledge e. g. Perl, Python, Shell, Kshell etc. ;

ITIL (Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Deployment-, Event-Management);

Knowledge of 2-tier or 3-tier applications – J2EE servers and applications experience;

Fluency in German.
