Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;

Manage communication with customers via calls, email, and chat;

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Proficiency in either of the following languages - German, French, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Turkish, Hebrew, Hungarian, Latvian, Polish;

Very good English language skills;

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills;

Punctual and precise about deadlines;

Very good knowledge of MS Office.
