Our client is a global company specializing in commercially-oriented solutions for professionals worldwide. Their products cater to a diverse range of professions such as builders, metalworkers, HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, general contractors, installers, maintenance personnel, and others who require advanced tools for their work. These solutions are predominantly distributed through specialized tool distributors. Since its inception, the company has focused on a single vision: to produce the best heavy-duty power tools and accessories available for the professional user.
For them we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the role of Key Account Manager - Electrical Industry.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage key accounts within the power tools sector of the electrical industry.
• Maintain daily collaboration with existing accounts.
• Gain deep insights into key customer needs and requirements.
• Foster trust and lasting relationships with a portfolio of major clients to mitigate competitor attrition.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on trade marketing, sales materials, and e-commerce support tailored to dedicated business partners.
• Monitor and analyze market dynamics and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University Degree in a relevant field (Technical education is an advantage).
• Minimum 4 years of successful sales experience with a focus on end-user and commercial sales.
• Ideally, experience or knowledge in the electrical/installation industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in IT skills including CRM, SAP, QlickView, MS Office, PowerPoint, and internet tools for analyzing pricing and sales activity.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Clean driving license.
