Recruitment Specialist
About the position:
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to oversee the entire recruitment process. This role will be responsible for implementing effective talent acquisition strategies & enhancing the employer brand.

Key Duties:
Proactively manages the end-to-end recruitment;
Develop and maintain internship programs and strategic partnerships;
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions;
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events;
Conduct interviews, screen applicants, and manage assessments;
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns;
Build partnerships with educational institutions and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

Key Requirements:
3+ years of experience in recruitment;
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field;
Expertise in recruitment, employer branding and leading strategic partnerships;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach;
Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities effectively;
Proficient in using recruitment platforms.
