Tatiana Tarnovaliyska is looking for a new team member:
The Operational Procurement specialist will be responsible for all topics related to PO creation and maintence. You will be part of the A1 Competence Delivery Center with focus on the Austrian transactions.
Your daily routine would include:
Ensure accurate, timely and complete processing of approved purchase requisitions;
Ensure that approved purchase requisitions are compliant with internal Procurement policy in respect of the negotiated terms and conditions with suppliers;
Create, process and amend purchase orders in accordance with SLA, Internal controls, KPIs etc;
Follow up on approved POs and received order acknowledgment from suppliers;
Provide end user support to the BU for questions related to the purchase orders;
Participate in cross-functional process and system improvement initiatives;
Facilitate the implementation of administrative activities in alignment with strategic sourcing policies.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
Knowledge and experience in accounts payable, purchase order creation and supplier communication;
Experience working in a global organization and having participated in knowledge transfer;
Problem solving skills and adherence to deadlines;
Customer service focus and strong attention to detail;
Strong English language skills;
German is an advantage;
Experience with SAP or other systems such as Ivalua, Ariba and ticketing systems would be considered an advantage;
Expirience in knowledge transfer within shared service organization is an advantage.
