Our partner doesn’t just organize events—they create unforgettable experiences that bring people together. As their portfolio expands, we’re looking for a Reservations & Ticketing Agent to join their small but close-knit team.

As a key member of their operations, you will:

Manage ticketing and reservations for flights, accommodations, and transportation for corporate events and conferences;

Communicate with clients and partners, ensuring smooth booking experiences and to secure the best arrangements;

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and transportation providers, ensuring optimal arrangements for attendees;

Monitor bookings, process changes, and cancellations, and ensure accuracy in ticketing and invoicing;

 Provide travel-related support to event attendees, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in a similar role (ticketing, reservations, or travel coordination);

Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must; 

Excellent communication skills;

Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively;

Experience with reservation systems - Sabre will be considered as a huge advantage;

Team player—you thrive in a small but dynamic team.
