About the Role:

As a Production Manager, you will oversee critical production processes to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time and at optimal costs. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation and implementation of new products into production to maximize business value;

Manage and adjust production capacities based on operational needs;

Manage and mentor your team, building a culture of Continuous Improvement;

Plan, coordinate, and ensure the availability of personnel, equipment, and materials to improve efficiency and workplace safety.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize production costs;

Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive actions and address corrective needs in case of equipment failures;

Ensure compliance with internal standards and national regulations related to production and materials quality.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 5 years in a similar role, with proven experience managing teams. Experience as a Team Leader, Senior Project Manager, or Shift Manager in a production environment is an advantage;

Degree in engineering or a related technical field;

Strong mentoring, decision-making, and organizational abilities;

Knowledge of production processes, material consumption, technical documentation, and warehouse management;

Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level);

Familiarity with near-miss reporting and improving production accuracy and efficiency;

Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen methodologies is a strong advantage.
