Would you like to join us?

Ivaylo Petrov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

Troubleshoot and solve reported problems at DB layer;

Monitor systems/services health, including diagnosis and root cause analysis with various tools, analyze logs, handle errors, find resolution or perform workarounds within the specified SLAs;

Plan and coordinate changes/upgrades, ensuring systems will operate correctly;

Prepare workarounds for urgent issues in production environment;

Develop tools/scripts to automate routine operational tasks;

Maintain system documentation, work with ticketing system;

Available for off-hour deployments and to provide on-call production support on a rotation basis.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

2+ years of experience in Database Administration and monitoring;

Hand-on experience on Oracle and PostgreSQL DB administration;

Understanding of Oracle, PostgreSQL query language;

Knowledge of shell scripting and script languages on Unix/Linux

Fluent English – written and spoken;

University degree in the field of IT/Telecommunication or any other relevant field.
