Role Overview:
We are looking for a Game Designer to join our growing creative team. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging gameplay mechanics, balancing game features, and contributing to the creation of captivating user experiences. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for interactive game systems, storytelling, and visual detail.
Responsibilities:
Design and prototype new game mechanics, features, and user flows
Collaborate with artists, developers, and product teams to bring game ideas to life
Develop and maintain comprehensive game design documentation
Analyze game data and user behavior to iterate on and improve gameplay
Ensure game balance, pacing, and progression that keeps users engaged
Stay up to date with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
Work closely with UX/UI designers to optimize player interactions and interface flow
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Game Designer or in a similar creative role
Strong understanding of game mechanics, user engagement, and game balancing
Familiarity with game engines and prototyping tools (e. g. , Unity, Unreal, Figma)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Passion for creating fun, high-quality interactive experiences
Previous experience in online or mobile game development is a plus
