For one of our trusted partners we are looking for an experienced FACILITY MANAGER who will constantly ensure safe, attractive and functional physical environment for all employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing complete facility maintenance of building/sites including but not limited to maintaining superior condition of company space; acting as the landlord/vendor liaison;
Reviewing government regulations, renewal of operating licenses, work permits, and other requirements from the authorities related to the business;
Leading Facilities team including but not limited to Facilities Technicians, Service Contractors, Facilities Systems (BMS), Security Team, Janitorial Team and all critical equipment contractors;
Managing relationships with facility related vendors and maintaining various facility systems such as HVAC, CCTV, turn styles, elevators, electrical stairs, utilities, and systems such as emergency generator, UPS, lighting, security, and Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS);
Establishing and managing Facilities budget (Opex and Capex), creating the purchase requisitions including supplies, following up on invoices payments and is responsible for reporting financial information;
Managing customer expectations and ongoing customer relations. Communicating status and timeline of facility maintenance projects, enhancements, and changes;
Implementing and communicating policies that will influence safety and security to customers to include the Risk Management policies pertaining Information Security and Management System;
Managing facility programs covering disaster preparedness, recovering, and coordinating with headquarters division to implement company-wide Emergency Response Plan;
Being the point of contact during a disaster situation to return safely to operations, requires to be available or have a designee to response in timely manner;
Maintaining and overseeing facilities architectural drawings and floor plans, while ensure all are accurate and up to date;
Maintaining the database of the facilities fixed assets and it’s ranking.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3+ years’ experience in Facility Management;
Experience in HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing would be an advantage;
Technical University Degree/or relevant experience on same/similar role;
Fluent in English, with solid computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Experience in budget planning would of a great asset;
Strong organizational and time-management skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Vendor management skills.
