Responsibilities:

- Maintaining and administrating the company’s ERP platform in order to provide accurate up-to-date services;

- Providing ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems;

- Managing users’ data, roles and credentials within the platform;

- Recommending solutions and best practices for optimization the performance and usage of the ERP system, preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central;

- Excellent understanding of business requirements and further communication with vendors;

- Supporting the process of integration and data flow between different related platforms;
Requirements:

- Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field;

- At least 2-3 years of experience developing and implementing an ERP System, preferably MS Dynamics Business Central;

- Knowledge and work ethics in Agile methodologies and/or project management;

- Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills;

- Minimum B2 English proficiency;
