For our client, who is one of the top companies on the market is looking to find a Insight Project Manager.

You will:

- Work with the researchers to understand the project requirements in field

- Manage, negotiate and navigate the recruitment process to ensure the project is recruiter within spec and quota to complete the full sample

Typical tasks on a project will include:

- Completing the project set up process (SOW and consent form) on each project

- Communicating with external recruiters and suppliers requirements for recruitment

- Delivery of availability and field work timelines

- Organising and saving documents correctly in the fieldwork folder, available for the research team

- Create screener tracks for recruiters

- Check screener tracks against the screener to ensure quotas are being met

- Managing the recruitment from start until the project closes. Making sure the correct sample is recruited and updating the research team proactively

- Managing confirmed interviews with the research team. Working with Outlook, google and Zoom calendar invites to book them, rescheduling them and keep on top of daily changes

- Taking responsibility for booking out transcripts/translations and ensuring they are returned and saved in the appropriate project folder

- Learning and using different online platforms for research, analysing and AI ease.




It would be great if you are:

- Able to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines, in a fast-paced environment

- Creative in your problem solving

- Aware of changing priorities and requirements on projects, and able to adjust to these

- Open minded to learning and working with new online platforms

- Good a developing relationships with external stakeholders and suppliers

- A savvy negotiator – for dealing with internal clients and external suppliers

- Very willing to learn and to flex your approach – happy to get stuck in!

- Super organised and on top of the detail
