For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and

streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Customer Service Representative with Czech or Polish or Hungarian with English (day and later shifts/hybrid).
*Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat;

*Provide accurate information about products and services;

*Help customers resolve basic issues or complaints;

*Escalate complex cases to senior support teams;

*Follow company guidelines and procedures;

*Keep records of customer interactions.


*Czech or Polish or Hungarian - C1 level;

*English – at least B2 level;

*Good communication and listening skills;

*Basic computer and typing skills;

*Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset;

*Ability to work across various shifts.
