Customer Support Advisor with English (No experience required).
* Provide first-line support for billing and administrative queries via calls, emails, and tickets;

* Deliver fast and exceptional service across all communication channels;

* Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date in our database;

* Collaborate with team leads and senior agents to resolve issues quickly and efficiently;

* Ensure a seamless customer experience by proactively addressing and preventing

complaints.
