We're seeking your Java expertise as a Team Lead to embark on exciting new journeys, where you'll lead a dynamic development team, foster innovation, and drive the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and scalable solutions.

 

Your daily routine would include:

Leading and managing a talented team of developers – providing guidance and setting goals;

Defining the overall software architecture and ensuring it aligns with project requirements;

Conducting code reviews and ensuring that best coding practices are being followed;

Working closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful project delivery;

Create and maintain documentation on Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy.

We’ll know you can make, it if you have:

At least 10 years of technical background in Java development experience;

Experience with service-oriented architectures, SOAP and REST APIs, data-processing and containers;

Excellent understanding of JPA, Hibernate and JDBC (at least prepared statements);

Excellent understanding of SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, erc. );

Excellent understanding of Maven and version control systems as well as monolith and SOA applications;

Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;

Experience with Angular or a similar framework;

Experience in leading people (advantage);

Experience and deep knowledge in Spring, Multithreading, multiple design patterns and at least 3 Java web frameworks;

Good understanding of communication protocols, information security and encrypted communication;

Experience with software and database optimizations;

Experience with high load, highly available and fault tolerant systems.
