For one of our trusted partners we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. This people-focused role will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.
Requirements and qualifications:
At least 5+ years of HR background on a same position with proven hands-on experience;
Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business;
Interpersonal skills, alongside with a strong soft skills such as self-confidence and being persuasive are also very important;
Strong business and analytical skills;
Strong organisational skills and a positive can-do attitude;
Ability to advise and work with senior members of staff;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet strict deadlines;
Strong oral and written English skills;
Excellent computer literacy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with the company’s long-term business goals;
Forecast talent needs and ensure the organization has the right workforce to succeed in a competitive environment;
Lead the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the recruitment of the professionals across all departments;
Oversee the entire selection process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding;
Design and implement performance evaluation systems that enhance productivity and engagement;
Establish and manage career development pathways for employees, ensuring they have clear goals and growth opportunities;
Proactively plan for succession in critical roles to ensure business continuity;
Implement skills assessments to ensure employees are equipped with the right capabilities;
Develop programs to bridge skill gaps and enhance team effectiveness;
Design and manage reward and recognition systems, bonuses, and incentive programs;
Foster open communication channels between management and employees, ensuring transparency and engagement;
Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, wellbeing, and retention;
Monitor employee engagement levels and implement actions to improve work-life balance;
Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and rewarding company culture that promotes innovation and collaboration;
Maintain and monitor internal HR documents as paid leaves, basic inquiries, communication with the external payroll provider, etc.
Ensure the smooth execution of payroll processes, including salary and benefits;
Act as a mediator and advisor to resolve workplace conflicts and ensure strong, positive relationships between employees and management;
Ensure that HR policies and procedures are fully compliant with local labor laws and regulations;
Act as an ambassador for the company’s brand, promoting it as an employer of choice through recruitment and employee engagement initiatives;
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies that support the company’s strategic objectives and promote a fair and inclusive workplace.
