For one of our clients – a worldwide pioneer in providing exceptional client interactions,

Travel Voice Support with English (day and later shifts/on-site).
*Handle phone inquiries concerning customer questions about partner policies, guidelines,

and procedures;

*Assist with requests for real-time flight status updates and baggage tracking details;

*Provide clear and accurate information regarding fare structures, discounts, and promotional offers;

*Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally;

*Ensure compliance with company standards while delivering high-quality customer support;

*Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive customer relationships through effective communication.
*Handle phone inquiries concerning customer questions about partner policies, guidelines,

*Assist with requests for real-time flight status updates and baggage tracking details;

*Provide clear and accurate information regarding fare structures, discounts, and promotional offers;

*Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally;

*Ensure compliance with company standards while delivering high-quality customer support;

*Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive customer relationships through effective communication.
*Relocation package including reimbursement for travel costs;
