For one of our new teams, we are looking to recruit a Psychologist, who will work with team members providing Content Moderation support.

Your responsibilities:

Provide effective individual and group consultation and counseling 

Perform psycho-diagnostic evaluations of the team members

Handle complex cases and escalates when necessary

Prepare regular reports

Handle all issues with utmost discretion and confidentiality

Assist the HR department when necessary.

Our requirements:

Fluent English

Degree in Psychology

Experience in the area would be considered an advantage

Excellent communication skills

Availability to work on 24/7 shifts
