Dobromir Nikolov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

Identify and refine business requirements, creating technical specifications and user stories;

Organize meetings and workshops to collaborate on solution development;

Work with the Product Owner to translate business needs into clear user stories and priorities;

Support software development and implementation throughout the project lifecycle;

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team;

Conduct impact analysis, address dependencies, and propose risk mitigation strategies;

Assist in incident analysis with deep system and process knowledge;

Be part of a cross-functional, international, agile team.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

Equivalent experience (3+ years);

Experience in requirements analysis, specification, and process management (IREB certification is a plus);

Background in technical implementation projects with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies;

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;

Ability to break down complex business problems and explain technical issues clearly;

Resilient under pressure with a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset;

Fluent in English; German is a plus;

Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems.
