For our PMO and Delivery Division, we are currently looking for a IT Senior Strategic Project Manager: willing to participate in achieving Bank’s strategic plans for long-term growth, innovation and efficiency. The appropriate candidates must fulfill the following criteria (PMI certification will be considered as advantage):

University degree in Economics/ Finance/Computer science/ Informatics/ Electronics/ Software engineering or related;

Knowledge of PMI® PMBOK; Prince 2 or other project management frameworks or methodologies. Certification would be an advantage;

Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM principles and understanding would be an advantage;

Strong experience in project and program management, project coordination and project scheduling in IT related projects;

Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken);

Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Power Point , Word & MS Project);

Experience in the areas of IT systems development, implementation and support would be an advantage;

Proactivity, curiosity, flexibility, ability to work in a team;

Strong presentation, organizational, analytical and communication skills;

Well-developed interpersonal skills.

The main responsibilities for the position are:

Manage the projects in IT & Cyber security competence center, managing the execution within time, scope and budget, considering the projects interdependencies and the best practices in project management.

Managing the portfolio in IT & Cyber security competence center.

Create, maintain and update project documentation for project initiation and management (Project Charter, Project Plan, Stakeholder Register, Risk Register, etc. ).

Set up and manage the Project team. Coordinate the process of project resources assignment;

Identify and manage project stakeholders;

Ensure and be accountable for the approval of project scope, budget and timeframe;

Execute change management as per the agreed approach;

Execute risk and issue management. Analyze overall performance of the project and initiate mitigating actions where required;

Monitor and manage the progress of project activities and the achievement of milestones against the Project’s schedule and provide a single picture of status and performance;

Monitor and support the process of Requirements specification preparation and validation, including technical specifications from internal and external vendors;

Monitor and support the process of vendors’ offers review and approval;

Monitor and support the process of contract signing with external vendors;

Organize and coordinate project meetings and Steering Committees, incl. meetings with external vendors, keep minutes of the meetings which document decisions and major forward actions;

Ensure and be accountable for the timely and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination, storage and disposition of project information;

Ensure the project quality. Facilitate and support project quality reviews;

Monitor cash flow projections against actual cash flow and report variances to senior management;

Execute project close-down. Create final report (including lessons learned). Hand over deliverables to stakeholders.
