For one of our clients – a multinational giant known for their many satisfied clients and collaborations with famous brands, we are searching for driven, attentive and customer-oriented people for the role of Customer Care Expert with Azerbaijani & English.
* Assist customers via email, chat, and phone to ensure positive experiences;

* Conduct research to deliver precise and helpful responses to customer inquiries;

* Stay updated on products, brand, and industry trends to provide accurate information;

* Act as a part of the team and provide support as needed.

* Full-time role with shifts between 10:00 a. m. – 12:00 p. m. , Monday to Sunday;
