Level 1 Technical Support with English

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide Hardware, Software, and Network problem diagnosis resolution to customers and end-users;

• Perform technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving, analyze system logs, and perform remote troubleshooting via phone or remote access systems;

• Maintain thorough documentation of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and customer interactions to improve support efficiency;

• Participate in the improvement of the database and cooperate with tier 2 specialists;

Main Requirements:

• Excellent level of English – both written and verbal (C1/ C2);

• Experience in troubleshooting or customer support will be considered an advantage;

• Experience with Networking, VoIP, and Linux will be considered an advantage;

• Analytical and systematic problem-solving skills are required;
