- Develop and maintain regular management reporting on Power BI for defined main KPIs concerning sales activities, financial and market data providing insights for actuals, forecast and budget;

- Use Power BI and Power Pivot to extract data from CRM dynamics, SAP Hana and other systems & sources;

- Design and implement ETL processes along with conceptual, logical, and physical data models;

- Maintain a database for sales activities build from valuable infomarion for analytic purposes;

- Perform various KPIs calculations using financial and commercial sources of information;

- Prepare business analyses of trends and deviations vs. Budget, forecasts and actuals and influencing factors per business units, segments and products;

- Initiation and implementation of proposals for corrective measures related to improvement and optimization in sales acivity results, structure and strategy;

- Produce ad-hoc reports and analyses to drive key strategic business decisions and support business initiatives;

- Ensure that internal and external parties receive clear facts & figures and thorough analyses as part of our reporting process.
- University degree with high mathematical, economical, statistical, data analysis, computer science or related content;

- At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role;

- Highly developed analytical and research skills, and initiative;

- Ability to analyse and interpred complicated information in various sources;

- Strong problem-solving skills, work with high accuracy, attention to details and reliability;

- Understanding the principles of corporate finance;

- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders and to handle multiple information;

- Good knowledge and understanding of relational databases and data structures organization;

- Experience with quantitative data analysis;

- EnglishL written and verbal;

- Proficiency in Excel (complex functions, Pivot tables, Query, Power Pivot), understanding of Power BI (DAX, Query language, ETL) and/or databases principles, experience in MS Office Products, Excel VBA;

- Very high organization skills, ability to manage various tasks and deadlines and to work independently;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present complex information in an easily understandable way;

- Good interpersonal skills, including written and oral presentation skills;

- Strong team-oriented behavior and attitude;

- Willing to learn and grow through continuous improvement.
