Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing work procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality;

Managing the Front Office team (Reception, Piccolos, etc);

Ensuring compliance with company and brand standards;

Analyzing guest feedback and implementing improvements;

Managing room inventory, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes;

Handling customer satisfaction assessments and resolving operational issues.

 Requirements:

Experience as a Front Office Manager or a similar role in hospitality;

Excellent command of Engllish  - level C1;

Strong leadership and communication skills;

Knowledge of hotel management systems.
