Asen Yordanov is looking for a new team member.
Your daily routine would include:
Resolve escalated support tickets promptly, ensuring all customer issues are addressed;
Investigate technical problems in-depth, identify root causes, and implement or propose solutions to prevent recurrence;
Work closely with QA and Dev teams to coordinate on complex issues, product improvements, and feature rollouts;
Provide regular updates on backlog status, escalations, and service metrics to management;
Document resolutions and maintain accurate system records;
Identify areas for improvement in support workflows and collaborate on implementing enhancements.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
Basic Database knowledge (Oracle , MSSQL);
Experience with APIs and microservices;
Basic knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, etc. );
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication;
Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking;
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
Strong attention to detail and accountability.
