The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.
Main responsibilities:
Supporting end-users regarding the company services, products and accounts mainly via chat;
Build sustainable relationships with the clients;
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
Focus on process improvement identification and development.

Job requirements:
Fluent level of German;
Very good level of English (B2);
Previous experience is not needed;
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
