On behalf of our esteemed client, a prominent distributor and importer of renowned Geely and Lynk&Co vehicles, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to occupy the position of:
Marketing & PR Coordinator
Position summary:
The Geely and LYNK & CO Marketing & PR Coordinator reports to the Head of Marketing with a dotted line to Brand Marketing Manager and Market Manager, and coordinates marketing activities with the internal group marketing team. The Marketing & PR Coordinator implements marketing and advertising plans and plans and organises promotional events.
The Marketing & PR Coordinator prepares marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising relevant data in the corporate-requested format. It also supports sales staff and the dealer network by providing relevant data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information, and relaying customer services requests.
The Marketing & PR Coordinator keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with the graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt. The Marketing & PR Coordinator must ensure that marketing projects and initiatives are in place to follow GEELY AUTO and LYNK & CO International Overseas guidelines and procedures and ensure a good professional relation to the International Overseas team.
Main roles & responsibilities:
• Co-create marketing communications campaigns, coordinate the flow of information and communication and disseminate it according to plan/strategy. Create, deliver, edit, and optimise marketing materials and ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
• Supervise social media outreach via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and coordinate email or direct mail campaigns.
• Coordinate and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, and speaking proposals. Promote products and services through PR initiatives and handle the fleet of press cars.
• Create and distribute customer surveys in cooperation with the CRM department.
• Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities, track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.
• Produce additional marketing communications, such as flyers, POS and exhibition-related projects. Organise the production of branded items and support the Dealer Network with all necessary marketing materials.
• Performing other work and tasks in the department or in other departments if necessary.
• Work according to the instructions of the company director and the head of marketing.
• University graduate (Marketing, Social Science, etc. )
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Similar marketing role within the automotive /car dealership industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent command of written English, with copy accuracy.
• General understanding of all required Marketing concepts, Digital and CRM.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office computer programs.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Driving license B category.
