About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of production organization and factory management.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output;

Manage and lead a team of approximately 35-40 employees;

Monitor and control production processes and quality assurance;

Make strategic decisions to optimize production efficiency and workflow;

Implement software solutions to enhance the manufacturing process.

What You’ll Bring:

Mandatory experience in a similar position;

Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a production team;

Background in high-tech manufacturing is essential;

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;

Fluent English (both written and spoken);

No specific educational requirements, but a solid understanding of factory operations is necessary.
