To support their growth, they are looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist to become part of their team.

Your daily responsibilities will be:

Developing and implementing the company’s email marketing strategy to align with overall marketing objectives;

Planning, creating, and managing various email campaigns – from newsletters to product promotions;

Conducting A/B testing to improve design, subject lines, and CTA element;

Segmenting the audience for targeted and personalized campaigns;

Monitoring and analyzing key campaign metrics to measure performance;

Setting up and optimizing automated email workflows (e. g. , welcome series, cart abandonment);

Collaborating with other teams to ensure email campaigns align with broader marketing strategies.

Requirements for the perfect candidate:

Proven equivalent experience of 3-4 years in a manufacturing/technology business environment;

Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign);

Ability to analyze key metrics (open rate, click-through rate) and provide actionable insights for optimization;

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;

Excellent command of English (written and spoken);

Skills in creating engaging content and visually appealing designs.
