Dobromir Nikolov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

Driving technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals;

Defining project requirements, scope, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders;

Managing communication between internal teams and external vendors to resolve escalations;

Coordinating with 3rd-level support to address technical issues impacting project progress;

Ensuring reliable system performance while tracking project deliverables;

Overseeing automation initiatives to enhance efficiency;

Assisting cross-functional teams in resolving complex technical challenges;

Documenting technical solutions and ensuring knowledge transfer;

Leading status meetings, reporting progress, and mitigating project risks.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

Experience managing technical projects with a focus on coordination, stakeholder communication, and timely delivery;

Strong understanding of technical environments, including Linux and open-source technologies, for effective collaboration with engineering teams;

Familiarity with programming or scripting (e. g. , Python, Shell) to engage in technical discussions (coding not required);

Ability to analyze data using SQL or similar tools;

Knowledge of telecom networks (transport, radio, core) or a willingness to learn quickly;

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;

Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration;

Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
