Now we are looking for a professional who would like to join their ‘Business Analyst’ team. You are the right Administrative Expert if you are a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized professional passionate about learning and data.
Administrative Expert – Business Analytics
The main responsibilities will be:
Coordinating activities between the office in Sofia and the headquarters of the company;
Regularly updating and maintaining the internal database with accurate and timely information;
Conducting & identifying gap analysis between the current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes;
Generating comprehensive reports enabling the team to make informed decisions based on reliable data;
Managing and optimizing the flow of information within the team and with external stakeholders;
Handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team’s operations;
Handling incoming/outgoing mail, keeping track of correspondence, and writing documents or letters.

What will make you stand out?
At least 2 years of proven work experience in an administrative, business analyst, or relevant role;
Proficiency in database management and office software (e. g. , Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
Flexibility skills in working with different teams In Bulgaria and abroad;
Fluency in English- level B2;
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail;
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude toward challenges.
