Internal Sales Specialist with Dutch and English

For one of our clients – global professional services company, recognized for its expertise in
strategy, consulting, technology, and operations, we are searching for experienced, sales-
savvy and capable individuals for the role of Internal Sales Specialist with Dutch and English.
* Handle inbound leads, manage sales opportunities, and close deals successfully;
* Engage with existing and new clients in the SMB to MM segments, speaking with decision-
makers across various roles;
* Personalize your approach based on client needs, using tailored sales strategies;
* Promote a range of products and services while driving transactional sales;
* Own the sales process: validate opportunities, move them through the pipeline, and close deals;
* Maintain accurate records, deliver forecasts, and hit your sales targets.
* Fluency in Dutch and English (C1 or higher) with excellent communication skills;
* Proven full-cycle sales experience with strong client relationship skills and a track record of
meeting goals;
* Experience with consultative selling and managing a sales pipeline effectively;
* Knowledge of deal-closing strategies and working with other departments to get results;
* Awareness of industry trends and ability to present tailored solutions to clients;
* Familiarity with CRM tools and productivity platforms like Outlook and Office 365;
* Experience with tools like ZoomInfo or TechTarget and professional sales training.
