Montessori school of Varna, located at the beautiful Greek quarter of the town, in proximity to the beach and the sea-garden is looking to employ with immediate recruitment from January 2025, a certified Montessori teacher 3-6.
General responsibilities:

Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in the classroom environment.

Developing lesson plans in accordance to the needs of the individual child.

Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.

Setting an excellent example for students and instilling good values in them like honesty, accountability, understanding, tolerance, respect, love, and kindness.

Monitoring and assessing student progress and writing up reports in a Montessori software.

Ensuring classroom supplies and equipment are available and in working condition.


Qualifications:

Montessori certified 3-6 by AMI, AMS, NAMC.

Bachelor’s degree in education would be considered an advantage

Excellent knowledge of English language.

Fluency in Russian would be considered an advantage.

Passionate about alternative education.

An ability to teach groups of children of varying ages, needs, and abilities.

Patience and excellent observational, communication, and diagnostic skills.
