On behalf of our client, a leading company with over 20 years of experience, we are looking for responsible professional for the role of Brand Manager Activations.
The Brand Manager Activations will proactively running, expanding and generating business for some of the bestselling and most aspirational spirits brands, while driving the brands performance by channels with a special focus on efficient activations, events and experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implementing the approved brand plans by timing, trade channels, key customers, campaigns and objectives;
Monitoring results and run analysis;
Strict planning, spend and control over brands’ investments and Advertising and Promotional funds;
Providing the Sales team with tools, support and information;
Managing external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing partners and production companies;
Spending enough time in the field to observe the actual situation, and to help implementing the brands' activities;
Developing customers and consumers’ activations in the market assuring the short and long-term healthy perspective;
Secureing the key targets achievement – volume and value growth, market share, profitability, distribution, visibility, awareness, trial and loyalty levels.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in the field Brand Management, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales and FMCG;
Excellent written and verbal communication, and influence skills;
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies;
Experience in budget management and financial discipline;
Research and analytical skills, critical thinking and problem solving personality;
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior management;
Strong networking capability;
Very good command of English – both written and spoken;
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel).
