Back Office Specialist

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage ongoing sales documentation – proposals, contracts, appendixes and others;

Support the sales process with daily administrative tasks;

Maintain and fill different data reports regarding the sales process;

Communicate on a daily basis with the internal sales and other teams;

Communicate with potential and existing clients of the company regarding follow-ups or other important aspects of the sales process;

Coordinate correspondence on various projects;

Assist with research, market reports and consultancy of strategic high value projects.

Requirements:

University degree – preferably Economics, Business, Finance or other discipline with a focus on developing analytical, administrative and customer experience skills;

At least 1 years of relevant experience on a similar position is a must;

Ability to work with documentation;

Strong attention to detail, analytical approach;

Good command of English – written and spoken;

Advanced computer literacy - Excel is a must;

Self-organized and proactive attitude.
