On behalf of our client, an innovative international company, specialized in the marketing of pharmaceuticals and consumer health care products, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the role of Administrative Assistant Business Unit Pharma.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Organize and manage all necessary documentation for marketing activities in compliance with company standards.
• Assist marketing executives in the coordination and execution of various projects.
• Liaise with third parties involved in ongoing projects, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Perform daily administrative tasks to maintain the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
• Actively communicate with the Sales Force Team and Area Managers to organize marketing activities, manage document flow, distribute advertising materials, and meet completion deadlines.
• Coordinate ongoing projects with external partners, including travel agencies, printing and advertising agencies, and congress organizers.
• Technically prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and communicate with external service providers to facilitate these events.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the field of pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Bulgarian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
