SECURITY MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

Implementing and coordinating security measures for company personnel and assets, reporting to the Head of Security, Safety, and Facility;

Managing security operations, ensuring adherence to established protocols;

Directing the security team’s actions and managing communication with employees during emergencies (fire, flood, earthquake, etc. );

Supervising the onboarding process for new security team members;

Leading training sessions for the security team and working with external providers on training initiatives;

Conducting regular risk and vulnerability assessments, presenting findings and recommendations;

Collaborating with external providers for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of security systems, ensuring continuous operation;

Monitoring and enforcing compliance with security regulations and procedures among employees;

Analyzing past security incidents to develop preventive strategies and improveing response plans;

Maintaining confidentiality of all professional data, never disclosing information obtained in your role to external parties.

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in a security management role;

Advanced knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response planning;

Strong leadership and team management capabilities;

Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting security technology and systems;

Experience working with law enforcement and external security providers;

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Very good level of English – written and spoken.
