Our client is a global company specializing in commercially-oriented solutions for professionals worldwide. Their products cater to a diverse range of professions such as builders, metalworkers, HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, general contractors, installers, maintenance personnel, and others who require advanced tools for their work. These solutions are predominantly distributed through specialized tool distributors. Since its inception, the company has focused on a single vision: to produce the best heavy-duty power tools and accessories available for the professional user.
For them we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the role of Area Sales Representative.
Main Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for the company's products in the local market, aligning with the company plan.
• Continuously monitor and analyze customer needs and trends.
• Support business partners by delivering impactful merchandising in collaboration with the Marketing department.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring long-term and prosperous partnerships.
• Educate and train external stakeholders to a high level.
• Provide technical support to business partners.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations of the products.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University Degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Practical mindset with technical aptitude and a willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in IT skills such as CRM, MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet, etc.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Willingness to work away from home when necessary and occasionally on weekends (agreed in advance).
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Clean driving license.
