For one of our clients – a multinational company operating in iGaming field, we’re looking for

determined and leadership-oriented Shuffle Team Lead.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to team members;

* Oversee and support staff according to the company’s Policies and Procedures, handling

tasks like supervision, managing absences, and addressing disciplinary and grievance matters;

* Foster strong team collaboration through effective communication and regular team meetings;

* Identify and address the learning and development needs of both individuals and the team,

working alongside learning and development personnel;

Actively engage in learning and development initiatives to help achieve organizational goals;

* Ensure all services are delivered in alignment with core values, Policies and Procedures, and KPI targets.
* Experience in the iGaming sector or a live casino environment is highly preferred;

* Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage issues effectively, demonstrated leadership

and mentoring abilities;

* Fluent in English, both spoken and written;

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

* Excellent time management and organizational skills;

* A degree in management or a related area is a plus;

* Proficient in PC applications, especially Office 365;

* Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and willingness to work on a shift

schedule.
