For one of our clients – a leading company, providing comprehensive customer experience

outsourcing services and solutions, we are searching for flexible, organized and customer-

oriented individuals for the role of Technical Solutions Specialist with Turkish or Greek

and English.
* Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails to resolve various customer service issues;

* Address customer inquiries accurately and efficiently, following escalation procedures when

necessary;

* Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions, meeting performance goals;

* Inform and advise customers on client products and services;

* Navigate multiple systems to update records promptly and accurately;

* Collaborate with team members to offer support and work as a cohesive unit.
* Proficient in Turkish/Greek (C1 level) and has a good command of English (B2 level);

* Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is a plus;

* Quick to adapt to changes in products, processes, and technology;

* Demonstrates strong attendance and time-management skills;

* Possesses solid computer literacy.
