We are looking for:

Leasing Manager

If you: 

✅ have previous experience of 2+ years in a similar position (Retail network expansion or commercial Real Estate leasing); 

✅ have good knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate market;

✅ have strong English skills – both verbal and written;

✅ have excellent communication and negotiation skills;

✅ have very good organizational skills;

✅ have very good time management and adherence to schedules and deadlines;

✅ have high performance and results orientation;

✅ have flexibility, adaptability & team spirit; 

✅ have a valid driving license – category B - and availability for business travel as needed;

✅ maintaining and building relationships with Landlords, Construction companies, Agencies, etc. ;

✅ market and locations analysis, competition analysis;

✅ management of the entire negotiation process - Commercial conditions, technical specifications, lease contracts;

✅ elaboration of strategy and projects presentation;

✅ preparation of the business plans in terms of market, location requirements, space configuration, financial and legal terms;

✅ managing expansion plans in coordination with the Regional Director of Leasing and Expansion;

✅ portfolio management of existing stores - monitoring performance, handling Lease term prolongations or terminations;

✅ managing internal documentation related to Leasing projects;

✅ cooperation with the Technical department and the Legal Department of the company;

✅ cooperation and communication with the corresponding department at the company headquarters in Poland;
