MAIN CHALLENGES:
- Preparation of risk management reports and analysis
- Identification and assessment of the top risks on bank and country level
- Performance of stress tests (incl. ESG risk related) and measurement of the impact on deferent risk ratios
- Participation in the annual Internal Capital Adequacy and Assessment Process (ICAAP)
- Analysis of the main risks and the capital adequacy in going concern under Pillar 2
- Participation in the ESG risk management framework implementation in UBB
- Macroeconomic and risk related data gathering and data analysis
- Participation in Recovery and Resolution framework implementation (BRRD)
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Statistics or Business fields
- Fast-learning skills and result-orientation.
- Good analytical skills and ability to draw correct concisions from data
- Background in the field of Finance, Banking and Economics as well as understanding of core banking operations and activities is a must
- Experience with statistical software as well as knowledge of risk related banking regulations (CRR, BRRD) will be considered as an advantage
- Good communication skills.
