Our team is the driving force behind the creation and development of leading brands like DR-D Longevity and WOW TEA, and we are currently seeking a talented E-commerce Logistics and Operations Specialist to join our team.
• Coordinate the order fulfillment process in our ERP software in order to make sure daily orders are all sent accurately and on-time to our customers;

• Monitor the logistics services of our 3PL partners to meet customer expectations;

• Oversight of the inventory management across multiple locations, including 3PLs & FBA inventory;

• Conduct reporting and data analysis within the existing KPIs;

• Analyze and report on logistics and operational performance;

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals;
• 2+ years of experience preferably in e-commerce logistics;

• Experience in using ERPs and inventory management software and tools;

• Excellent English language skills, verbal and written;

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel;

• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively;

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;

• Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and to work in a

fast-paced environment;

• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset, the ability to work with minimal supervision;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
