Duties and responsibilities: 

 

•  Actively participates in the activities of the “Country quality control and effectiveness of compliance” Department in the following domains – anti-money laundering, data protection, protection of policy holder, Business Ethics, etc. , including: 

•  Cooperates with other units in Compliance upon need of change in processes, by analysing the current process and gives proposals from effectiveness point of view; 

•  Support the other units in Compliance in execution of the planned compliance monitoring programs by: participating in the preparation of the annual planning; follow-up the timely start, conducting, performance and reviewing of the monitoring programs, updating the status of the monitoring programs in the in the relevant information system; 

•  Together with the Head of the Department ensure timely support to the other colleagues in Compliance in preparation of reports towards: Management bodies, Group function and other committees; 

•  Support the role of coordinator of the Compliance Risk Managers in the business units; 

•  Maintain effective and regular communication with the other units in Compliance with the aim to keep an actual oversight over the ongoing projects and activities for change of processes (incl. change of internal regulatory documents), and providing of appropriate support within the area of responsibility and competence of "Country •  Quality control and effectiveness of compliance" Department; 

The successful candidate must have/be: 

•  University degree  

•  More than 1 year experience in compliance, audit or legal area,  

•  Strong personal ethics and ability to manage confidential information 

•  Result driven and proactive person with abilities to make decisions 

•  Excellent ability to organize information, manage tasks and use available tools to effectively contribute to the organization 

•  Proficient user of MS Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

•  Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
