For the further rollout and improvement of digital supply chain management we are looking for a Junior Logistics Business Process Specialist. Join our team and get your career off to a flying start!
Your daily routine will include:
Cooperation with a global team of experts who will work on the optimization and digitalization of logistics processes for the entities in A1 Telekom Group;
Review and analyze current procedures, in order to recommend and implement changes together with the business process manager/owner;
Support new projects especially in the area of SAP Warehouse Management (WM), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD) and third-party warehouse interfaces;
Preparation of business requirements for the implementation of new logistics processes in SAP warehouse management, material management, etc. in accordance with the business process owners/managers of the A1 Telekom Group companies;
Analyzing data in Excel and you will present the results to the business process owners/managers of the A1 Telekom Group companies;
Collaborating with a team of experts in other group companies and third-party vendors to implement new developments and system/tool updates;
Track development progress and report to stakeholders in accordance with the business process owner/lead.
We'll know you can do it if you have:
Experience in MS Office with in-depth knowledge of Excel;
Problem solving skills, presentation skills;
Intermediate or fluent level the English language – written and spoken; German is an advantage;
University degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar;
Experience with SAP will be considered an advantage.
And you have:
Communication and strong people skills;
Setting and achieving ambitious goals;
Proactive with an analytical and structured approach;
Ability to multitask and prioritize critical activities;
Experience working in an international environment would be considered an advantage.
