For one of our clients – a technology provider focused on customer experience, offering

outsourced sales, help, and operational solutions to large organizations, we are looking for

– Remote Social Media Specialist with Hungarian/Czech/Slovak and English (Full-time or Part-time).
*Provide customer support via tickets, phone calls, and social media platforms;

*Address customer inquiries, issues, and product questions promptly;

*Resolve concerns related to home appliances, coffee makers, and other household products;

*Offer solutions and troubleshooting advice for products;

*Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience;

*Stay informed about new products and updates.
*Very good language skills in Hungarian/Czech/Slovak and English;

*Experience in customer support across various channels, including social media;

*Knowledge of home appliances or customer service for tech products is a plus;

*Good multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills;

*Customer-focused with attention to detail.
*Office location – good transport links and close to the metro;

*Flexible hours shifts and remote option;
